695B.270 - Disapproval of forms; issuance unlawful.
695B.270 Disapproval of forms; issuance unlawful. If the Commissioner notifies the corporation, in writing, that the filed form does not comply with the requirements of law, specifying the reasons for his or her opinion, it is unlawful for the corporation thereafter to issue any contract in such form.
