695F.040 - “Limited health service” defined. - Nevada Statutes

695F.040  “Limited health service” defined.  “Limited health service” means:

      1.  Chiropractic, dental, hospital, medical, optometric, pharmaceutical, podiatric or surgical care;

      2.  Treatment relating to mental health or the abuse of drugs or alcohol; or

      3.  Such other care or treatment as may be determined by the Commissioner to be a limited health service.
