695F.330  Payment of tax.  At the time of filing the annual report pursuant to NRS 695F.320 the prepaid limited health service organization shall forward to the Department of Taxation the tax and any penalty for nonpayment or delinquent payment of the tax in accordance with the provisions of chapter 680B of NRS.
