696A.290 - Form and contents of license. - Nevada Statutes

696A.290  Form and contents of license.  The Commissioner shall prescribe the form of the club agent’s license, but it shall contain:

      1.  The name of the licensee and the business address of the licensee.

      2.  The date of issuance and the date of expiration.

      3.  The name of the represented motor club.
