697.330  Surrender of defendant to custody; return of premiums.  If a bail agent or bail solicitor, without good cause, surrenders a defendant to custody before the time specified in the undertaking of bail or the bail bond for the appearance of the defendant, or before any other occasion where the presence of the defendant in court is lawfully required, the premium is returnable in full.
