701A.340  “Renewable energy” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2049.]

      1.  “Renewable energy” means:

      (a) Biomass;

      (b) Fuel cells;

      (c) Solar energy;

      (d) Waterpower; or

      (e) Wind.

      2.  The term does not include coal, natural gas, oil, propane or any other fossil fuel, geothermal energy or nuclear energy.
