701B.130 - “School property” defined. - Nevada Statutes

701B.130  “School property” defined.  “School property” means any real property, building or facilities which are owned, leased or occupied by:

      1.  A public school as defined in NRS 385.007;

      2.  A private school as defined in NRS 394.103; or

      3.  An institution of higher education.
