701B.550  “Wind Demonstration Program” or “Program” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2011.]  “Wind Demonstration Program” or “Program” means the Wind Energy Systems Demonstration Program created by NRS 701B.580.

      NRS 701B.560  “Wind energy system” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2011.]  “Wind energy system” means a facility or energy system for the generation of electricity that uses wind energy to generate electricity.
