704A.100 - “Owner” defined. - Nevada Statutes

704A.100  “Owner” defined.  “Owner” means:

      1.  The person in whom legal title appears by recorded deed;

      2.  The person in possession under claim of title; or

      3.  The person exercising acts of ownership on the person’s own behalf or as the personal representative of the owner, including boards of trustees of school districts owning property within the service district.
