704B.100 - “Generation asset” defined. - Nevada Statutes

704B.100  “Generation asset” defined.  “Generation asset” means any plant, facility, equipment or system which is located within or outside this state and which converts nonelectrical energy into electrical energy or otherwise produces electrical energy.
