706.846  Registration of vehicles; issuance of licenses or other devices.  Upon the payment of all fees required pursuant to the provisions of NRS 706.801 to 706.861, inclusive, or upon being satisfied that the fee is secured and upon compliance with the laws of this State in order to register the vehicles, the Department shall register them, and issue plates, licenses, emblems, certificates or other devices for the vehicles in the same manner as otherwise provided by law.
