706.071 - “Farm vehicle” defined. - Nevada Statutes

706.071  “Farm vehicle” defined.  “Farm vehicle” means any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is:

      1.  Controlled and operated by a farmer or rancher;

      2.  Used to transport the farmer’s or rancher’s own livestock, agricultural products, or ranch or farm machinery or supplies to or from a ranch or farm; and

      3.  Not used in the operation of a common or contract carrier.
