706.141 - “Unladen weight” defined. - Nevada Statutes

706.141  “Unladen weight” defined.  “Unladen weight” of a vehicle means the weight of a vehicle unloaded, but otherwise containing and having in place at the time of weighing each and every accessory and appliance belonging to and used on such vehicle in the transportation of passengers and property and such other equipment as may be required by law.
