706.596 - Evidentiary effect of verified claim of Department. - Nevada Statutes

706.596  Evidentiary effect of verified claim of Department.  In any action under NRS 706.566, a verified claim by the Department showing the delinquency shall be prima facie evidence of the amount of such obligation, of such delinquency, and of compliance by the Department with all provisions of this chapter relating to such obligation.
