706.426 - Application for permit: Contents and form. - Nevada Statutes

706.426  Application for permit: Contents and form.  An application for a permit for a new operation as a contract motor carrier shall be:

      1.  Made to the Authority in writing.

      2.  In such form and be accompanied by such information as the Authority may require.
