706.256 - Power of Authority to order repairs of facilities and use of safety appliances. - Nevada Statutes

706.256  Power of Authority to order repairs of facilities and use of safety appliances.  The Authority may, in the interest of safety or service, after hearing:

      1.  Determine and order repairs of facilities of common and contract motor carriers; and

      2.  Order the use of safety appliances by such carriers in the interest of the public and employees.
