706.271  Motor vehicle exceeding limit on size, weight or load not to be licensed or permitted to operate.  No vehicle shall be licensed or permitted to operate on the highways of this State under the provisions of this chapter when such vehicle exceeds the size, height, weight or load limit weight provided by the laws of this State.
