706.4469 - Release of motor vehicle connected to tow car at point of origination of towing. - Nevada Statutes

706.4469  Release of motor vehicle connected to tow car at point of origination of towing.  The operator shall allow the owner, or agent of the owner, of a motor vehicle that has been connected to a tow car to obtain the release of the vehicle at the point of origination of the towing if:

      1.  A request is made to release the vehicle; and

      2.  The owner or agent pays a fee established by the operator for releasing the vehicle.
