706.4473  Operator required to inform owner of towed motor vehicle of right to file complaint with Authority.  The operator shall inform each owner, or agent of the owner, of a towed motor vehicle that the owner or agent may file a complaint with the Authority regarding any violation of the provisions of this chapter.
