706.8831 - Listing for telephone in telephone directory. - Nevada Statutes

706.8831  Listing for telephone in telephone directory.  A certificate holder shall have a public business telephone listing in the telephone directory for the area being served. The listing must state the company name, telephone number, place of business and, if the company’s service is not operated 24 hours per day, the hours of service.
