707.300 - Applicability of NRS 707.230 - Nevada Statutes

707.300  Applicability of NRS 707.230 to 707.290, inclusive.  All persons or corporations owning and operating telephone lines in this state are entitled to all the rights and privileges and are subject to all the restrictions and responsibilities provided in NRS 707.230 to 707.290, inclusive, so far as those rights, privileges, restrictions and responsibilities are applicable to telephone companies.
