707.370  Provider of cellular or other portable service required to provide access at no charge to telephone number to be used in emergency.  A person authorized by the Federal Communications Commission to provide cellular or other service to a telephone installed in a vehicle or otherwise portable shall provide access at no charge for each customer to a telephone number to be used in an emergency if the supplier operates within the boundaries of a system to provide such a number.
