709.146  Inspection of books and records of water company holding franchise and exempt from regulation by Public Utilities Commission of Nevada.  Any water company exempt from regulation by the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada and franchised pursuant to NRS 709.050 to 709.170, inclusive, shall, upon request by the board of county commissioners of the county from which such water company obtained its franchise, produce its books and records for inspection by such board of county commissioners, or the Public Utilities Commission.
