710.580  Liability of county treasurer or city treasurer on official bond.  The county treasurer and the city treasurer, as the case may be, shall be responsible on the county treasurer’s or city treasurer’s official bond for all funds which may come into the county treasurer’s or city treasurer’s hands under the provisions of NRS 710.400 to 710.590, inclusive.

      NRS 710.590  No additional compensation for county commissioners and treasurers.  The county commissioners and the county treasurers of the several counties shall perform all the duties required of them under the provisions of NRS 710.400 to 710.580, inclusive, without further compensation as required by law.
