78.191 - “Distribution” defined. - Nevada Statutes

78.191  “Distribution” defined.  As used in NRS 78.191 to 78.307, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the word “distribution” means a direct or indirect transfer of money or other property other than its own shares or the incurrence of indebtedness by a corporation to or for the benefit of its stockholders with respect to any of its shares. A distribution may be in the form of a declaration or payment of a dividend, a purchase, redemption or other acquisition of shares, a distribution of indebtedness, or otherwise.
