78.745  Action against stockholder for unpaid subscriptions; limitation of action.  No action shall be brought by the corporation against any stockholder for any unpaid subscription unless within 2 years after the debt becomes due, and no action shall be brought against the stockholder after the stockholder shall cease to be the owner of the shares, unless brought within 2 years from the time the stockholder shall have ceased to be a stockholder.
