86.266  Certificate of authorization to transact business.  If a limited-liability company has filed the initial or annual list in compliance with NRS 86.263 and has paid the appropriate fee for the filing, the cancelled check or other proof of payment received by the limited-liability company constitutes a certificate authorizing it to transact its business within this State until the last day of the month in which the anniversary of its formation occurs in the next succeeding calendar year.
