86.231 - Registered agent required; address of registered office. - Nevada Statutes

86.231  Registered agent required; address of registered office.  A limited-liability company shall have a registered agent who must have a street address for the service of process. The street address of the registered agent is the registered office of the limited-liability company in this State.
