88.338 - Filing of records written in language other than English. - Nevada Statutes

88.338  Filing of records written in language other than English.  No record which is written in a language other than English may be filed or submitted for filing in the Office of the Secretary of State pursuant to the provisions of this chapter unless it is accompanied by a verified translation of that record into the English language.
