88A.250  Effect of filing certificate of amendment, restatement or cancellation or of filing articles of merger.  Upon the filing of a certificate of amendment or restatement with the Secretary of State, or upon the future effective date of such a certificate as provided for therein, the certificate of trust is amended or restated as set forth. Upon the filing of a certificate of cancellation, or articles of merger in which the business trust is not a surviving entity, with the Secretary of State, or upon the future effective date of the certificate or articles, the certificate of trust is cancelled.
