88A.420 - Cancellation of certificate of trust upon termination of trust. - Nevada Statutes

88A.420  Cancellation of certificate of trust upon termination of trust.  A certificate of trust must be cancelled upon the completion or winding up of the business trust and its termination. A certificate of cancellation must be signed by a trustee, filed with the Secretary of State, and set forth:

      1.  The name of the business trust;

      2.  The effective date of the cancellation if other than the date of the filing of the certificate, which must not be more than 90 days after the certificate is filed; and

      3.  Any other information the trustee determines to include.
