90.285 - “Sales representative” defined. - Nevada Statutes

90.285  “Sales representative” defined.  “Sales representative” means a natural person other than a broker-dealer, authorized to act and acting for a broker-dealer or issuer effecting or attempting to effect purchases or sales of securities. A partner, officer or director of a broker-dealer or issuer, or a person occupying a similar status or performing similar functions, is a sales representative only if he or she otherwise comes within the definition.
