92A.220  Duty when entire plan of merger, conversion or exchange is not set forth in articles.  If the entire plan of merger, conversion or exchange is not set forth in the articles of merger, conversion or exchange, a copy of the plan of merger, conversion or exchange must be furnished by the surviving, acquiring or resulting entity, on request and without cost, to any owner of any entity which is a party to the merger, conversion or exchange.
