92A.280 - Cancellation of filings. - Nevada Statutes

92A.280  Cancellation of filings.  If an entity has made a filing with the Secretary of State pursuant to this chapter and the Secretary of State has not processed the filing and placed the filing into the public record, the entity may cancel the filing by:

      1.  Filing a statement of cancellation with the Secretary of State; and

      2.  Paying a fee of $50.
