108.410  Sale of perishable freight to satisfy lien.  If from any cause, other than want of ordinary care and diligence, a common carrier is unable to deliver perishable property transported and collect charges thereon, the common carrier may cause the property to be sold in open market to satisfy a lien of freightage.
