108.580  Persons selling ore to reduction works have preferred liens.  Where ore is delivered to a custom mill or reduction works, and either sold to the mill or reduction works or worked at a percentage, the person or persons so furnishing ore to the mill or reduction works shall have a preferred lien upon the bullion product, and upon the ore not reduced as against attachment and other creditors.
