108.232  Notice of lien to be recorded; fees of recorder.  The county recorder of the county in which property that is subject to a lien is located must record the notice of lien in a book kept by the county recorder for that purpose, which record must be indexed as deeds and other conveyances are required by law to be indexed, and for which the county recorder may receive the same fees as are allowed by law for recording deeds and other instruments.
