Section 12-A:10-a Division of Parks; Transfer of Functions, Powers, Duties. - New Hampshire Statutes

All of the functions, powers, duties, personnel, records and property of the division of parks are hereby transferred to the division of parks and recreation of the department of resources and economic development. Whenever reference is made to the division of parks in the statutes, it shall henceforth be construed to mean the division of parks and recreation.
