Section 12-A:2-h International Trade Promotion. - New Hampshire Statutes

The commissioner of resources and economic development shall plan, develop, and administer programs for international trade promotion and inward investment promotion in cooperation with the Pease development authority, division of ports and harbors and the Small Business Development Center and other private organizations. The commissioner shall take a proactive role in targeting foreign trade shows and foreign trade missions and shall assist New Hampshire businesses desiring to participate in these shows and missions. In planning, developing, and administering programs under this section, the commissioner shall be assisted by the advisory committee on international trade established in RSA 12-A:30 and may draw on the revolving fund created under RSA 12-A:31.
