NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES
Section 12-A:2-i Multiple Use Management of White Mountain National Forest Land.
The commissioner of the department of resources and economic development, or designee, shall have the authority and responsibility to consult and work with the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service in order to promote and maintain continued multiple use management of White Mountain National Forest land.
