Section 12-A:28 Transfers Authorized; Ski Areas. - New Hampshire Statutes

The commissioner of the department of resources and economic development may transfer funds for any specific purposes to funds for other purposes within and among the appropriations for the operation of Cannon Mountain. The commissioner shall report on a quarterly basis to the legislative fiscal committee and the governor and council all transfers accomplished under the provisions of this section. The provisions of this section shall not be subject to RSA 9:17-a and RSA 9:17-c.
