Section 12-A:8-a Division of Resources Development; Transfer of Functions, Powers, Duties. - New Hampshire Statutes

All of the functions, powers, duties, personnel, records and property of the division of resources development are hereby transferred to the division of forests and lands of the department of resources and economic development. Whenever reference is made to the division of resources development in the statutes, it shall henceforth be construed to mean the division of forests and lands. Whenever reference is made to the director, division of forests and lands, he shall also be known as the state forester.
