Section 21-I:55 Exception; Department of Transportation. - New Hampshire Statutes

Temporary employees of the department of transportation whose positions have been approved for continuance for a period of more than one year as provided in this chapter shall be classified as permanent employees if and after they shall have continuously occupied and carried out the duties of their respective positions for a period of 2 years.
