Section 21-I:86 Public Works Appeals. - New Hampshire Statutes

Appeals by persons aggrieved by decisions of the individual functioning as the administrator of the bureau of public works design and construction relative to public works design and construction shall be to the director of the division of plant and property management or his or her designee. Appeals by persons aggrieved by decisions of the director of the division of plant and property management or his or her designee relative to public works design and construction shall be to the commissioner or his or her designee. Appeals by persons aggrieved by decisions of the commissioner or his or her designee relative to public works design and construction shall be to the transportation appeals board established by RSA 21-L:14.
