Section 4:7 Availability of Space. - New Hampshire Statutes

To the extent that the operation of the foregoing provision is limited by the availability of adequate office space, as determined by the governor and council, said provision shall take effect when such space becomes available, and the governor and council shall thereupon assign such space.
