Section 5:6-b Assistance; Benefits. - New Hampshire Statutes

The secretary of state shall have authority to employ such additional assistants as may be required in carrying out the provisions of the election laws, and all necessary expense thereof shall be paid by the state. All full-time employees and officials in this department shall be eligible for annual and sick leave.
