Section 485:3-d Annual Report Required. - New Hampshire Statutes

The department of environmental services shall submit an annual report of the status of the environmental site assessment review and groundwater management programs to the speaker of the house, president of the senate and the governor no later than September 1. The first such annual report will be submitted no later than September 1, 1994.
