NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES

Section 490-D:11 Staff.

The supreme court shall identify a mechanism by which to assign and transfer such existing staff in the superior, district, and probate courts as is necessary to operate the judicial branch family division. Where possible, staff performing functions related to the jurisdiction of the judicial branch family division shall be transferred into similar positions in the division. The number of judicial branch family division staff shall be based upon a review of anticipated caseload, population, available staff resources, and other relevant criteria, including information from any weighted caseload system.
