Section 511:33 Certificate; Sale. - New Hampshire Statutes

The persons so appointed, being sworn to the faithful discharge of their duties, shall examine the property and decide what part of it is such as is described in RSA 511:31 and certify the same to the officer, and he shall thereupon advertise and sell the property so certified in the same manner as if the parties consented thereto.
