Section 622:54 Financial Resources Form. - New Hampshire Statutes

   I. Each inmate shall complete the form provided to the department by the department of justice pursuant to RSA 622:55. Each completed form shall be forwarded to the department.
   II. The commissioner or the sentencing court shall immediately notify the department of any information regarded as a significant change in the financial circumstances of any inmate.
